Bella Thorne and Bella Hadid got a little more than they bargained for Saturday morning after their plane crashed into a fence before even taking off.
The teen actress, who is known for her role in the show My Own Worst Enemy, fired off angry tweets to the airline, after she had to get off the plane at New York's John F Kennedy airport until the issue was resolved.
Bella, 17, was travelling with her boyfriend Gregg Sulkin and model Bella Hadid, and they shared photos as they waited at the airport
"So Virgin gets into an accident and leaves us stranded at the airport for 14 hours with no where to rest and no other options for flight," Bella tweeted.
she wrote: "It is literally the worst customer service in the history of service. If u get into an accident, u should put ur customers on another flight. in no way should you leave them stranded."
Sorry we let you down. The airport tug made a miscalculation causing the damage. Hope you see this as rare & unfortunate ^G
"All customers have disembarked the aircraft and our teams are working hard to get our customers on their way as soon as possible.
"Safety is our number one priority and we would like to apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused."
