1.  Independence : entrepreneurs go into business because of the independence it offers .business offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to come to work as one desires and also leave at ones own time .the choice

of who becomes your business associate is yours to make and what not to do in
your business. Being in charge of your own business offers independence of what actions and reaction  to take at anytime

However the liberty offered can also be disadvantageous that a lazy and unintelligent entrepreneur  easily abuses it.

2.  Freedom from interference : nobody comes to disturb your operations or wakes up to an idea. An entrepreneur is free to run around as many establishments, and ideas , as possible .there are no superior officers to control your ideas movement and finances .you employ whosoever you so desire ,(and fire at will too). There is autonomy in the exercise of ones initiatives and ambition .if properly utilized the freedom of interference results in innovations.

3.  Creativity : an entrepreneur working under somebody often doesn’t give us the chance to be ourselves especially in our thoughts . the employer may think you want to outsmart  him when you come up with beautiful ideas that may help the enterprise flourish .

You cannot carryout an idea that may yield fruitful result once your employer is not convince .

An entrepreneur is an innovator of new ideas ,new products and services. His community benefits from those products and service generated.
