Manu Bennett was arrested for assault on Sunday, Bennett, 45, was taken into custody after allegedly "punching a
29-year-old male during a disturbance at a party," the San Antonio
Police Department confirm to PEOPLE.
The incident was called in around 4:30 a.m., after which Bennett was held on $1,600 bond.
