The reality star, 35, took to Instagram on Monday to thank her fans for helping her reach new numbers with a sweet selfie with husband Kanye West, 38, in the backseat of a car.

I LOVE YOU!!"
The expectant mom last celebrated 45 million followers on Sept. 2 (with a slew of busty selfies) and has since gained 5 million followers in just eight weeks.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also shared an adorable picture of her daughter North, 2, pajama-clad and grinning inside a teepee at Kardashian West's Troop Beverly Hills-themed baby shower Sunday.
"Our troop leader," Kardashian West captioned the picture.
