Tyler Sash Dead Super Bowl Champion Dies At 27

sad. New York Giants fans are feeling mighty blue today. Tyler Sash, the 27-year-old player who helped the Big Blue Wrecking Crew bring home championship gold, has died. The young man, who was considered a great teammate by some, was found dead in his Iowa home.

Tyler’s death was reported by KCCI in Iowa on Sept. 8, according to the New York Post. A family member had swung by Tyler’s place to walk his dog. The cause of death is currently unknown at the time and Tyler wasn’t known for having any health problems.
 Even after he left the school, Tyler was an avid supporter of the University of Iowa and its college football team. He even reportedly tweeted he was watching an Iowa game on Sept. 5, the Saturday before he was found dead. Several former Iowa players reportedly shared their condolences and sadness over the loss, reports NBC News, calling Tyler a great teammate.
