Johnny Depp Jokes About Killing, Eating His Dogs

 

"I killed my dogs and ate them under direct orders from some kind of, I don't know, sweaty, big-gutted man from Australia," Depp, 52, slyly said during a press conference for Black Mass at the Venice Film Festival.

 

 Depp and his wife, Amber Heard, were ordered to send their furry friends back to the U.S. from Australia after illegally traveling with them on his private jet. Australia's agriculture minister, Barnaby Joyce, threatened to euthanize the dogs if Depp refused to do so."He has decided to bring to our nation two dogs without actually getting proper certification and the proper permits required," Joyce told reporters at the time. ”Basically, it looks like he snuck them in. We found out he snuck them in because we saw him taking them to a poodle groomer.”
