The 25-year-old Moroccan terrorist who was subdued on a Paris-bound
train arrived in court Tuesday under heavy security, and for some reason
he was not wearing shoes.
Ayoub claims he was not going to carry out a terrorist attack but rather
commit robbery. A judge will decide if he'll be charged with an
attempted terrorist attack.
