chris brown barred from leaving the philippines

chris brown couldn't get in to canada earlier this year now he can't get out of the philippines because he skipped out on a concert gig which he was meant to perform
chris brown played in a show tuesday night the country but when he wanted to leave for his next show in hong kong he was
stopped by the philippines department of justice
The issue at hand ... Brown was allegedly supposed to play a show last New Year's Eve, but never showed. The promoters of that gig were granted an order to bar Brown from leaving the country in order to get him to pay back money they say they are owed.
