Michael Jackson Orchestrated His Death – AEG Live Lawyer Tells Court

The on-going Michael Jackson death trial in
L.A has continuously revealed shocking details
which makes the world wonder when exactly
the late King of Pop would finally rest in
peace. The AEG Live lawyer Marvin Putnam
has ruled out all charges on the company’s full
knowledge of the pop star’s pre-medical
condition before his world famous “ This Is It
Tour” in 2009 insisting that Dr Conrad
Murray was hired by Jackson himself and not
the Company.
In the court session yesterday, the AEG Live
Lawyer, Marvin Putman dismissed claims by
the Jackson Family that the promotion
company signed up Dr Murray (charged for
involuntary manslaughter of pop star in 2011)
for Jackson and pressured him to bend
medical rules in order to ensure that his come-
back tour must go on. Putman stated that Dr.
Murray had been treating Jackson and his
family for so many years even before the
Tour.

certainly his own healthcare and he’s
responsible for his own choices, no matter
how bad those choices turn out to be.”
Putman however admitted that, “The truth
here is it’s a tragedy … it’s a tragedy for his
family, a tragedy for his mother, a tragedy for
his kids. It’s horrible and incredibly sad.” “But
it’s not a tragedy of AEG Live’s making” he
added.
Dr Conrad Murray was sentenced to four
years imprisonment in November 2011
accused of providing the surgical anesthetic
Propofol which a coroner found as the major
cause of Jackson’s death in 2009. AEG Live
Promotion company claims Jackson NEVER
told the Company he was on that dangerous
medication.
“AEG would have NEVER agreed to finance this
tour if they knew Mr. Jackson was playing
Russian Roulette in his bedroom ever night”
Putman narrated to the jurors.
Dr. Conrad Murray is due for released next
month (October) after serving his two years in
prison and the Jackson family lawyer, Brian
Panish still insists that the AEG had known
about Jackson’s past health problems and
was simply negligent in not checking
Murray’s background before hiring him as
Jackson’s doctor . Dr. Murray was confirmed
to have been deep in debt at the time of
employment and allegedly needed the Tour to
go on so he could save his bankruptcy.

There are no specifics yet as to how much
damage the Jackson’s family is seeking for
but if AEG Live is found guilty, the Company
will be looking at/above a $1 billion payment
in Jackson’s lost earnings. On this case, instead
of the usual 12 juror unanimous verdict on a
criminal trial, only 9 are required to reach a
verdict.

A 22 year old Chinese man named Xiaolian
has had a new nose grown on his forehead
after loosing his original nose in a car
accident. Xiaolian had the treatment to create
a replacement for his original nose which was
infected and deformed following the accident
in 2012. He actually left his damaged nose
unattended to after the accident which led to
the infection and eventual deformity, leaving
the surgeons unable to repair it.
Surgeons in China were left with no option
than to create another nose for the man to
breathe properly and then transplant it to the
original place. The nose was created by
placing a skin tissue expander onto Xiaolian’s
forehead. This was cut into the shape of a
nose and was supported by cartilage taken

well and that the transplant surgery will be
carried out soon.

ago has come out with an official press release
to clear the air on reasons why her job was
stripped off her.
Rumors earlier has been rife, that Uwatse was
fired due to her acrimonious personality, with
many cleary disclosing that she was terribly
rude, had a scorching bad attitude to work and
colleagues, and displayed indiscipline at every
turn.
Bu now Uwatse has moved to clear the air,
speaking in a 414-worded statement, she has
blamed her termination on the inability of her
corporation to be reasonable with her heavy
condition, choosing to fire her without due

Dear all, compliments of the day to you.
I believe a lot of you must have heard of the
recent termination of my job as an OAP (On
Air Personality) on 99.3 Nigeria Info Fm. Well,
it is true.
I have read on several blogs that I was sacked
for being arrogant, rude etc. Even recently
that I lacked discipline. If I lacked discipline, I
wouldn’t be successful in my career. I believe
discipline, integrity and honesty goes hand in
hand with true success. Ask those who have
met and known me and they will tell you that
this is what I live for. I am not perfect, I have
made mistakes but who is perfect?
I prefer to be silent on matters like this but
since silence is assumed to be consent, I will
not consent to my hard earned reputation
being dragged to the gutters. I worked too
hard for it.
On the 2nd of September 2013 while on
admission at First Consultant Medical Centre,
Lagos. I received an email while on my sick
bed, announcing my termination. Honestly, I
was not angry but a bit shocked. I had been
too sick lately due to my pregnancy and was
not at my best but I expected my company to
be supportive of me. Yes, I wanted them to be
supportive of me because I had worked hard
over the years to bring them much glory.
I know that I will see all sorts of articles and
comments to discredit me but I simply ask this
of you all. If you have ever met me and I was
unpleasant to you, feel free to vent but If you
don’t know the real me and all you have heard
are insinuations, hold your peace.
I love people and always wish them well. My
mentees and honest colleagues will testify to
this.I love progress because I believe the sky is

named as Ma Ailun answered the call.
According to Ma Ailun brothers, the handset
had been bought from an official iPhone store
and was not a fake device. He said that the
device had been to Chinese authorities for
examination. There are many fake handsets and

which could be dangerous.

The Independent National Electoral
Commission (INEC) has announced the
dismissal of eight members of its staff and
terminated the appointment of one employee.
The announcement was contained in a memo
signed by the commission's Director of

Those dismissed include Mr. Martin Yakwo

BBM coming to iPhones and Android

After mulling the idea internally for several
years, BlackBerry is opening its proprietary
messaging system to iPhone and Android users
this weekend. The free app eliminates what had
been a compelling, exclusive draw for the
company's devices, but expands the reach of
the service and creates an asset that in theory
could be sold separately as BlackBerry
considers its alternatives for the future.
BBM will be available Saturday for Android
phones and Sunday for iPhones, the company
said Wednesday. The plan to take BBM cross-
platform was announced by BlackBerry Chief
Executive Thorsten Heins four months ago, and
the app was due to arrive this summer.
BlackBerry executives toyed with the idea of
making BBM cross-platform as long as three
years ago, according to people close to the
company. A plan was in place in late 2011 to
have carriers pay a fee to take BBM to
customers using other phones, but was
scrapped by Mr. Heins when he took over as
CEO in early 2012, according to these people.
The concern was always that finding a bigger
audience for the app could diminish incentives
to buy the company's phones.
The Wall Street Journal reported last month
that BlackBerry is considering spinning off the
messaging service into a subsidiary called BBM
Inc. that would operate with more
independence, according to people familiar
with the matter.
BBM currently has 60 million monthly active
users, and the company claims users are much
more likely to read and respond to BBMs than
messages on competing services or text
messages.
There are lots of those, however, and they are
growing much faster than BBM. Popular rival
WhatsApp, for instance, has more than 200
million users.
BlackBerry Channels, a Twitter-like service for
companies and celebrities to host BBM pages
and interact with customers and fans, won't be
available immediately. BlackBerry executives
have signaled that selling ads on Channels is
how it plans to earn revenue from BBM.
BBM Video and Voice calling, already available
to BlackBerry users, will be available to iOS
and Android users in a future version.
